Customer Registration Application
You must complete the customer registration application process before placing any orders. You warrant that all information and data provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date. You must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password, as you are liable if an unauthorised person uses your username and password.
Variation of Products and Price
All prices on this website are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST (where applicable). Avant Health may alter the prices on this website at any time. All prices are subject to change until you have paid for the products in full. The availability or description of products shown on this website may vary.Avant Health will ensure to its best ability that correct details, descriptions, pictures and prices which appear on this website at the time the information was entered. You place an order with Avant Health by selecting products and pressing the "pay now" button on the checkout page. Avant Health reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including without limitation, unavailability of product; an error in the price, image or the product description; or error in your order. Orders are deemed received by Avant Health at the time of successful transmission of the order, and you will thereafter be unable to cancel the order.
Unless Avant Health has notified you that it does not accept your order, the acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Avant Health will take place when Avant Health dispatches the goods ordered by you. You must pay for products purchased on this website at the time of placing an order. By purchasing products from Avant Health via this website, you confirm that the card used is owned by you. Cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the issuer of your payment card. If the card issue refuses or, for any reason, does not authorise payment, Avant Health will not be held liable to any delay or failure in delivery.
Avant Health reserves the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of your order with or without any prior notice to you, if in its sole discretion, Avant Health has reasonable belief that completing you order may result in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
On occasion, Avant Health highlights that orders, or part of an order may be cancelled for various reason but not limited to: the product(s) is unavailable; there is difficulty in processing payment or validating payment; delivery to the order address was not possible; duplication in orders; or the order was cancelled due to request.
Should your order be cancelled, the appropriate amount will be refunded back in the same account used to place your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for your refund to process.
To purchase products, your delivery address must be within a suburb or loaction where Avant Health provides delivery. Orders will not be processed for delivery to an address in a suburb not in Avant Health’s delivery area. Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch of the goods to your nominated delivery address, and the title passes upon payment of the products in full.
Avant Health will deliver products in agreement with the delivery option selected during the ordering process. Delivery times quoted are estimated and are to be interpreted as indicative only. Orders may be filled and delivered in Avant Health does not accept any liability whatsoever for delay in delivery caused by any third party.
Please double check shipping address and notify us promptly of any dates where delivery is not possible, as Avant Health will not be held liable or issue a refund if incorrect shipping details are provided at the time of ordering, or for prompt failure to inform Avant Health of times for which you are unable to accept deliveries.
Acceptance of Goods
You must inspect the goods upon delivery. Unless you notify us of any fault or return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of us dispatching the order, or you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. In this unlikely event, that you receive an item damaged in transit, please email Peptides Online customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing a full detailed description of the issue/fault, your full name, contact number and order number. Once all this information has been received we will determine how to resolve the issue with minimal inconvenience.
Change of Mind
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns on products sold. If you have concerns with receiving an incorrect order, damaged item or your order does not arrive, please contact us on 03 9017 1919 or email at email@example.com so we can resolve the problem.
